Karmic Friday #1

Published by Tania under Karmic Fridays, blogging

With the start of the New Year and this being the first Friday, I’ve decided to create a weekly “Karmic Friday” post where I will be sharing some of the blogs that I enjoy following, both spiritual and not. Figuring ‘7′ to be a great number, I will overview seven blogs each Friday. There are some incredible, creative and insightful people out there…

  • bloggernoob.com
This is a very well written and helpful blog, basically covering making money with a blog, blogging tips, and ideas but with a lot of personality thrown in. A recent post “Give Props to Smaller Blogs” is part of my inspiration behind Karmic Fridays. “Getting link love isn’t just about writing good content, it’s about building relationship.”
  • Leaving the Nest: An Expatriate’s Survival Guide
“A hilarious chronicle and survival guide of an American 30 something geek expatriate living in Costa Rica.” Merlyn’s writing style is a joy to read and will make you smile if not outright laugh. His latest post “Culture Shock 101: The Problem” is very insightful, not just for living out of country but applies for transitions in life as well.
  • The Uneasy Supplicant
“An online coffee table book, featuring beautiful photographs, postcard stories from the dark edge, poetry and thoughtful quotes.” This is an intense blog that will cause you to look inside yourself and catch glimpses of what lurks within.
  • Jodi’s Journal
This is a beautiful blog filled with compassion, insight and the complexities of life that we all experience.
  • Yang Town: The Path of Masculine Power
Although Ryan describes his blog as “Yang Town is a blog dedicated to helping today’s guys become real men through spirituality and self-improvement.”, this is a must read for anyone on their spiritual path. One of his newest posts is “How to Find and Live Your Mission“, great for the New Year.
  • Aseem - Insights for Life
Aseem’s blog posts are motivational, insightful and to the point. You can feel that he speaks from the heart.
  • Quotes…In Our Own Words
This blog contains beautiful quotes to lighten the spirit. Feeling down? be sure to visit here.
