How can you make a big dream come true?

You need to have one secret element, and when you have that secret element, nothing will get in your way. That element is an intense desire! You must desire something with all of your heart to manifest it. Often the difference between those who manifest something and those who do not, is the element of desire. When you have a burning desire for something you ignite a fire within you that attracts with an incredible force. That is why it is so important to get clear on what it is that you really want with all of your heart, because what you really want with all of your heart is the very desire that you can manifest quickly.

When your heart is on fire with desire you will attract the right things to do, you will find visualizing so easy, and you will find it is effortless to think positive thoughts of your desire. You will attract all the qualities you need, such as strength, courage, belief, persistence, faith, and a powerful will. An intense desire lights up your being, producing a magnetic force that enables the law of attraction to cut through every physical obstacle for you and make your dream come true.

Go for your dreams! Don’t cheat yourself in your life with petty desires because you don’t think you can live your dream. THE DREAM inside you is the one thing that you have the greatest power to create, because you have an immense desire for it. Find the dream inside you - and make it come true!

One thing that is always important to remember is to take time for your Self.

So with that, I would like to say that I am going to be taking some time off from my blog and the blogging community. That is not to say that my blog was not for my Self as well, I just need to let go of some obligations for a period of time. I just need to be.

Changes do create change. Changes also create a temporary disruption of balance.

This is good, it is growth.

Well, it’s been about one month since I walked through the ‘new door’. What a wonderful change to my life. Why are we so afraid of change? Change allows for the new to enter our lives. Fear holds us back from being the person we have grown to become, to experience life to it’s fullest. An interesting part of this change is running into all the people from my past when I was involved in the sailing/boating world. It feels as though I am coming full circle to a time many years ago when I was truly happy, and people have been really noticing the change in me. (Gee, I never thought it would be that noticeable… ).  It’s all part of growth. I’ve been through years of challenges that have caused me to look at life differently, to assess what is important. I feel as though I am on the backside of that wave now, surfing and resting for a bit, just enjoying life. I’ve been meeting some wonderful people and reconnecting with people from my past. I’ve lived in Mystic for 28 years now yet it is only recently that I am seeing and experiencing living here with new eyes and feeling.

So again, why are we so afraid of change? Change requires TRUST. Trust in the Universe. Trust to follow our hearts. Trust to chase our dreams. Trust to believe.

Yes, we’ve all been hurt, burned, betrayed… what an awesome lesson that life provides us, if only we take the time to reflect and discover the lesson that has been given to us. Chances are these lessons have been given to us to show us how important it is to live in the moment, to just experience life, NOW. And, to be true to our Self. If we live in the future, we live with expectations. Does that mean we shouldn’t have dreams? No. To have a dream provides direction, an intention to the Universe. To SURRENDER that dream is to TRUST.

A few weeks ago I was following a discussion thread about synchronicities, specifically the 1111 “phenomenon.” It turned a little interesting when someone mentioned that we see what we want to see. So true! I personally believe in free will, that we make our own choices. It is our choices in life that creates our reality. Yet, we are ALL interconnected so it is the choices and energy of all life that fine-tune our experiences. When we put out a thought, we attract similar thoughts, similar energy. This is the Law of Attraction.

As I’ve written in previous posts, synchronicities are signs along our path. Lots of synchronicities equates to the notion that our life is in balance and we are “going with the flow,” we are living in harmony with our life’s path.

But, seeking signs and messages is not the same! A sign or message needs to be noticed, not sought. They occur as something out of the ordinary, causing us to take notice. Many times they will occur in 3s. They are usually felt as an “ahhhh” moment.

If I were to crawl around a field long enough looking, I would find a four-leaf clover. Not the same as sitting down and seeing one right next to you.

Or, if I were to lay down outside and watch the sky for a period of time, I’m sure that I could make out a cloud that looks like an angel or a heart. Not the same as being distracted from what you are doing, glancing up at the sky and seeing a distinct image in the clouds.

Or, what is becoming more common as people are searching more desperately for answers are those that go to multiple intuitives till they find one that answers their questions the way they want them answered.

Or, reading multiple “horoscopes” until one is found that resonates with what feels right. Not the same.
